I’m sure all the products are great and you rock at getting orders out. Unfortunately USPS sucks and I have not received this order or the order I placed a week prior. Maybe consider UPS for shipping.

1 Six with 11 bushings

Ordered standard nock bushings and the package arrived with 11 standard and one small nock bushing. I submitted the issue online and never heard back. I called, was told the issue would be fixed. After more than two weeks and no resolution I called again. Almost a month later with no resolution I sent an email reply to my invoice. I have had good customer service from Black Eagle in the past but am out of patience with this issue.

Always fast, accurate, and organized. However for the 3rd time, 2 orders in a row! The Post office in Canton Georgia has lost my products. This is in no way Blackeagles fault. Last time this happened, Blackeagle sent me another dozen and, I returned the lost ones when they finally arrived. Also wonderful customer service!
