The Dan McCarthy PS27 Super X Premium Signature series 100% carbon shaft was developed personally by Dan, the 2017 IBO Champion. This shaft was specifically designed for the highest level of indoor competition. The combination of ultra tight .001 or better straightness and +/- gr weight tolerances make this the ideal max diameter competition arrow.

This shaft is just another home run with BE. Weight and straightness are dead on. Will be running the Super Nock Crusher points 200 grains, 3" Flex Fletch vanes and Beiter nocks. Cant wait to get them punching some Xs.

More than anticipated
I have been shooting PS23 arrows for 3D for some time now and have been more than happy with the results. This has been my favorite arrow. Indoor season is upon us and I wanted to experience what these tree trunk arrows were all about. I knew I would only be shooting 20 yards so long range accuracy wasn't a consideration. Built me a big heavy monster using 350 spine PS27, all the trimmings, and 200 grain nock crushers. 20 yards these things pound the X. They are slower than my PS23 by just short of 50 FPS. Didn't figure they would group well at 45 yards. I was dead wrong. They group just as well at 45 as my smaller diameter Black Eagles. Didn't see that coming. Being these come in a 350 Spine, I have built a perfectly spined 27/64" arrow that just wants to shoot straight. Very happy with the results and plan on sticking with this set up for dots..... and maybe see how they work on the 3D course as well.

Arrows are great; graphics are dated
I have been using Black Eagle arrows for the last year. They are great but every time I nock an arrow I think, "Wow, do people think I am stuck in the 90s with my arrows".
