Dry fitting is recommended on all components. Slide half-out in shaft and spin test (if you prefer)
If you notice a slight wobble, don't panic! Rotate the half-out with the field point installed until the spin is true.
Again, rotate half-out until it spins perfectly.
Use a silver or black Sharpie and mark the shaft and the half-out for perfect alignment once glue is applied.
We have tested our fletching glue, insert/outsert glue, and epoxy, and all of them work excellently.
To hold the glue channels, apply an even amount of glue around the Half-Out shaft.
Once the glued half-out is finished, stand the arrow on the point to dry

Hot melt is NOT recommended for use with Black Eagle arrow shafts. NO cleaner for outside or inside the shaft is recommended! Use a Q-Tip or paper towel.

So far really enjoy in these arrows.
I bought the .001 straightness in 340 spine. Had my arrows cut to 28” and use the ironwill hit inserts and collars for a total arrow weight of 426gr. I really liked that they had a lighter gpi so I could bring my arrow weight down and maintain close to 280fps. I used the impact collars to increase durability of the arrows when shooting on game.
These arrows tuned great and are flying out of my bow better than expected. I would recommend these for someone on a budget and still wants good quality arrows and meet the gpi they need.
I do wish these were fletched helical but it doesn’t seem to affect my arrow flight. Like I mentioned would buy these again in a heart beat.
