To install the Half-Out.
- Square the end of the arrow shaft
- Dry fitting is recommended on all components. Slide half-out in shaft and spin test (if you prefer)
- If a slight wobble is noticed, DON'T PANIC! Rotate the half-out with field point installed until the spin is true.
- Again, Rotate Half-Out until it spins perfect.
- Use a Silver or Black Sharpie and mark the Shaft and the Half-Out for perfect alignment once glue is applied.
- We have tested Our fletching glue, insert/outsert glue and epoxy and all of them work great.
- Apply a even amount of glue around the shaft of the Half-Out to ensure the glue channels get enough glue in them to hold.
- Once the glued half-out is finished stand the arrow on the point to dry

Hot Melt is NOT recommended for use with Black Eagle Arrow shafts.
NO Cleaner for Outside or Inside the shaft is recommended! Use Q-Tip or Paper towel.

Rampage shafts
Great arrow! Shot rampages for a while then made a switch to a different arrow, and although that arrow shot well it didn’t seem to have the same consistency as the Black Eagles. Easy decision to make a switch back. Been shooting them again for the past 2 years now, no plans to switch back. Paired them up with the iron will inserts and collars and feel like I have a pretty devastating tough arrow.

Overall, very pleased with how these perform! Shafts are holding up well with the at home arrow build. However, we did have 2 arrows arrive cracked which was unfortunate since we didn't see it until after the 7 days that the black eagle team puts on them. Recommend to check them ASAP if you order direct from black eagle. Reached out though the online 'contact us' option with no response. Disappointed about the lack of response but may be due to the busy season. Absolutely recommend these shafts regardless of the issues seen.

BEA Rampage Shafts
The .204 option for me. Durable, fly well, no sidewall blowout, inserts stay put. The only arrow I know of that is guaranteed straightness from end to end out of the box, not just 28” of it, which supports the confidence in your arrow. Unless BEA makes some wild updates, this is my standard large game and wild hog arrow shaft.
