To install the half-out component.
  1. Dry fitting is recommended on all components. Slide half-out in shaft and spin test (if you prefer)
  2. If you notice a slight wobble, don't panic! Rotate the half-out with the field point installed until the spin is true.
  3. Again, rotate half-out until it spins perfectly.
  4. Mark the shaft and the half-out with a silver or black Sharpie to ensure perfect alignment after applying glue.
  5. We have tested our fletching glue, insert/outsert glue, and epoxy, and all of them work excellently.
  6. To hold the glue channels, apply an even amount of glue around the Half-Out shaft.
  7. After completing the glued half-out, place the arrow on the point and allow it to dry.

If you have any uncertainty about your spine, please feel free to consult our spine chart. Refer to our spine chart.

We do not recommend using hot melt on Black Eagle arrow shafts.
We recommend not using any cleaners on the outside or inside of the shaft! Use a Q-Tip or paper towel.
